Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to maintain relationships and ensure value delivery within its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments and forecasting
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new buyers and enhancing LRN solutions
• Analyze client health metrics and recommend optimizations to improve product usage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of client-facing relationship or account management experience
• Experience supporting users of a SaaS business application
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and MEDDPICC
• Knowledge of the Ethics and Compliance learning space
• Industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, or HR benefits platforms preferred
