• 6+ years of experience with strategic/enterprise customers in account management or client success
• Experience overseeing the client lifecycle post-sale, including implementation and renewals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and present data
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred
