Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with clients via phone and email regarding inventory and account flow
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve process errors and improve client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations while maintaining confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate degree in Business preferred
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Willingness to learn multiple client systems and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
