Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams in proposing value-added services and manage client relationships
• Execute consulting engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and communication
• Design and implement accounting solutions for complex challenges while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIA preferred
• Public Accounting background or experience in a publicly traded company preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; Master's degree desired
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls practices
• Proven ability to coach, lead, and mentor engagement teams
