Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Performance Operations Associate to support analytical presentations and strategic reports for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Market Leaders to drive operational improvements and execute strategic initiatives
• Support client-facing presentations and conduct ad hoc analysis for performance enhancement
• Develop reporting tools and collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive client service offerings

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in cross-functional roles within the healthcare industry
• Experience in analyzing large data sets and creating actionable insights through data visualization
• Knowledge of value-based care models and Medicare Advantage dynamics
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
