What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, and service requests
• Perform data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Maintain a positive, customer-first mindset while problem-solving on the spot
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Familiarity with Service Titan software
• Understanding of HVAC and plumbing terminology
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
