What We Ask from You:

🔹 Must be an Australian Citizen
🔹 Hybrid role (remote + in-person) with one-hour weekly attendance at our BMS Hub (set day & time)
🔹 Work across multiple roles if desired—apply your skills in branding, marketing, or content creation too
🔹 A passion for design, storytelling, and bringing ideas to life

🔹Being familiar with online stores and print-on-demand wholesaling

Day-to-Day Expectations:

• Design and coordinate apparel that aligns with the Be More Social brand
• Work on branding, merchandise, and fashion-driven messaging
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and event planners
• Ensure product quality and oversee manufacturing or supplier partnerships
• Manage inventory, logistics, and customer engagement

Hours: Minimum one hour per week, with flexibility based on your role, skills, and contribution. Whether you complete your tasks in 10 hours, three hours, or one hour, what matters is quality over quantity.

Compensation & Growth Pathway:

💰 Potential earnings: ~$780 per fortnight (+ $300 one-off tool allowance, if needed) based on meeting certain criteria. If you have the skills but don’t meet the criteria, we have alternative options—just bring patience and a growth mindset.

⏳ Trial Period: Up to 9 months—after that, you choose:
✅ Continue your own business
✅ Transition into a part-time or full-time role
