Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Channel Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs for the Global Partner Ecosystem Org
• Collaborate with channel sales leadership to align strategic initiatives with global GTM and corporate strategy, managing relevant OKRs and KPIs
• Lead Americas sales GTM planning, including quota, territory, and headcount management, in alignment with global initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant Sales Business Operations, Sales Finance, or Business Strategy experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies and annual fiscal planning
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficiency in SFDC, advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
