Job Summary

A company is looking for a ScrumMaster to drive program, project, and process improvements within Agile teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and rollout of Agile Transformation and Azure DevOps implementation to enhance project visibility and efficiency
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure smooth delivery of program objectives and manage risks
• Analyze complex data relationships to recommend process enhancements and drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Project Management
• 5+ years of experience with SAFe methodologies and Lean Agile delivery
• Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with SAFe certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management and familiarity with Azure DevOps
