Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide project management and coordination support for federal civilian agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-priority NHLBI programs and projects, providing project management support
• Support senior-level meetings, including minute capture, action item tracking, and logistics coordination
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures while facilitating risk and issue management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, public health, business, or project management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management support
• Ability to obtain a NIH Public Trust clearance
• Operational program/project management experience for a federal health/science agency is strongly preferred
