Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within healthcare technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile teams working on healthcare software
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams in best practices while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
• Identify and remove impediments, monitor Agile metrics, and support cross-team coordination in a scaled Agile environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in healthcare
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is required
• Familiarity with healthcare software systems and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and HITECH
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements is essential
