Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Scrum Master - SW / DevOps Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster open communication among team members
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Identify and eliminate impediments to ensure a smooth development process

Required Qualifications, Training & Education

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward high performance
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
