Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paragon Altera System Analyst/HBPB Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between revenue cycle operations, IT, and clinical stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to configure and maintain the Paragon/Altera system for efficient billing and claims workflows
• Analyze billing and claims data to identify trends and propose improvements for revenue optimization

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or revenue cycle management
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 2+ years of direct experience with Paragon or Altera system platforms
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing logic and revenue code application
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and business intelligence tools
