Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler who will be responsible for scheduling patients for therapy throughout an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule therapy appointments accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members regarding visit expectations and directions
• Assist with pre-registration by obtaining necessary demographic and insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 Year of Front Desk Experience
• Strong computer and technological background
• Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a workday
• Ability to lift twenty-five (25) pounds of weight independently
