Join the dedicated team at CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a real impact every day in the Garnet Valley School District! In this role, you'll have the incredible opportunity to conduct functional behavioral assessments and craft reports that precisely summarize your findings. Leveraging evidence-based interventions, you'll develop positive behavioral supports tailored specifically to student needs. Your insights will help assess instructional requirements, create relevant programs, and continuously monitor student data to adjust programming as required. Furthermore, collaboration will be key as you work alongside school staff to design tools for tracking progress and training them on positive behavior support plans. To excel in this position, you'll need effective communication skills, a solid background in behavioral assessments, and a knack for data analysis. With a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field, and BCBA certification already under your belt, you’re set up for success in a dynamic and supportive environment. Please note, this position operates as an independent contractor (1099) at a rate of $75 per hour, with a commitment to ensuring the highest quality services for individuals with special needs.
