Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Rep I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review cash posting dashboards, logs, and queues to support timely and accurate application of payments to customer accounts
• Collaborate with the global cash applications team, AR Leads, and CSMs to meet productivity and quality standards
• Address outstanding questions or concerns related to cash applications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounts receivable in a healthcare setting
• Service-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of cash application processes
