Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LPC) with an Arizona license.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans
• Provide therapy to patients (ages 5+) with various mental health diagnoses
• Collaborate with a network of support services, including psychiatry and case managers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW or LPC with an active Arizona license
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
• Proven experience in providing therapy services for at least 2 years
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
