Customer Representative Agent with Croatian

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Customer Representative Agent with Croatian - this is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, in Croatian.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Fluency in Croatian and English is required.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Sales oriented person.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
