Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Individualized Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing one call resolution
• Create and complete accurate referrals and applications while staying updated on policy changes
• Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous customer service experience, preferred
• Knowledge of call center or customer service practices, preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercially insured payer practices, preferred
• Ability to use company proprietary software efficiently, preferred
