Capgemini is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agile Dev Team Member V

The Agile Team Dev V role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert and Agile Dev Team Member, providing expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and design for Applications for Business Insurance. Responsibilities include enhancing application support by understanding customer business processes and products, validating technical designs to meet business needs, and performing impact analysis of application changes. The role also involves conducting quality checks on project deliverables, ensuring systems are architecturally sound, estimating effort and cost for new functionalities, recommending integration and testing criteria, and assisting in implementation and troubleshooting of system issues.

Software / Tool Skills

  • Minimum 10 years in PEGA-Advanced
  • Minimum 3+ years in PEGA7.x/8.x. - Intermediate
  • Experience with successful PEGA implementation, preferably in PEGA 8 is a plus. - Intermediate
  • Minimum 2 years in Senior System Architect role or 10+ years in similar role. - Entry Level
  • Experience with Insurance Industry is preferred. - Entry Level

Special Skill Requirement

  • Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all Pega design and implementation features
  • Experience in architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs.
  • Experience in designing enterprise class structure and Data Modelling best practices.
  • Experience in integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of integration principles
  • Strong Understanding of UI/UX Principles
  • Experience in working with business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that Pega solutions meet business needs
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers, guiding them in Pega application design, development, implementation and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Possesses hands-on experience on below concepts:

  • Activities, data pages, data transforms, declarative rules, decisioning rules, Privileges, Service level rules, flow rules, assignments, etc.
  • Pega Case Management (Case Designer to create a case type, sub cases, add process to case, etc..) including the ability to design and implement complex workflows
  • Template based UI, dynamic layouts
  • Job scheduler and background processors
  • UI responsiveness and web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML
  • Advance Pega OOTB Integration, REST, SOAP, Email, JMS, File Listeners etc.

(Exception handling, Data Mapping for services and connectors, Security model for SOAP connectors & services)

  • Data Model (Data Tables, Data Pages, Advanced properties options, linked properties)
  • Performance Tuning (PAL, Log Analyzer, DB Tracer/ Preflight)
  • Debugging tools (Tracer, clipboard, fiddler, logs, developer tools on browser to debug runtime scripts)
  • Admin studio (Queue processing management, APIs, agent schedule management, verifying JVM information etc.)
  • Data base related - SQL, PostgreSQL, Stored Procedures, JNDI configuration and reporting
  • DevOps processes and Pega Deployment Manager (Deployment Architecture) / Rules import & Export
  • Pega Cloud, Pega frameworks experience preferably insurance related
  • Pega Constellation, Theme-Cosmos architectures
  • Understanding/ability to debug Pega product rules/functionalities.
  • Pega security and Authentication mechanism e.g. SAML, OIDC, OAuth2 etc.
  • Automated Unit Testing (AUT), scenario-based testing and creating Pega Units
  • Pega version upgrade, managing the parallel development, Ruleset version management

Indexing, Archiving & Purging, Session management

  • Application server and Webserver configurations, JVM and Memory concepts
  • Pega infrastructure management (Cloud/on-premise)
  • Config file (prconfig) management
  • Must be a Certified LSA part 1 (complete LSA certification is a plus).
