Deine Capco Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest herausfordernde agile Beratungsprojekte mit Datenfokus (Data Analytics & Data Science) im Banken- und Versicherungsumfeld von der Business Analyse und Fachkonzeption über Implementierung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Du übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung in Teilprojekten und Projektteams, um herausragende Leistungen und das Projektziel gemeinsam erreichen zu können
  • Du baust professionelle, verlässliche und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern der Kundenorganisation auf
  • Neben der Projektarbeit hast Du die Möglichkeit, Dich in verschiedene interne Themen einzubringen und eigene Ideen umzusetzen

Dein Capco Profil

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie relevante praktische Erfahrung mit Data Analytics & Data Science/Machine Learning/Generative AI und konkretes Interesse, diese Erfahrungen in den folgenden Kontexten (und weiteren) zu platzieren: Transaction Analysis, Fraud Detection, Knowledge Retrieval, CRM-Analytics
  • Du hast mehrjährige Projekterfahrung und besitzt die Fähigkeit komplexe analytische Herausforderungen zu erkennen und entsprechende Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
    • Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine uneingeschränkte Mobilität im (inter-)nationalen Raum runden Dein Profil ab
  • Datenbankensysteme sowie grundlegende Methoden des maschinellen Lernens sind dir bekannt und du kennst dich mit den gängigen Python-Bibliotheken wie etwa Pandas und Scikit-Learn oder alternativen Data Science-Anwendungen aus
  • Idealerweise bringst Du auch bereits erste Erfahrung in Themen wie Natural Language Processing und Technologien wie Tableau oder Alteryx mit
