Cantina, founded by Sean Parker, is a new social platform with the most advanced AI character creator. Build, share, and interact with AI bots and your friends directly in the Cantina or across the internet.

Cantina bots are lifelike, social creatures, capable of interacting wherever humans go on the internet. Recreate yourself using powerful AI, imagine someone new, or choose from thousands of existing characters. Bots are a new media type that offer a way for creators to share infinitely scalable and personalized content experiences combined with seamless group chat across voice, video, and text.

About the role

Join us at the forefront of AI innovation as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll shape the future of social media interaction through our hyper-realistic AI bots. In this role, you'll breathe life into groundbreaking product experiences that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. You'll be the bridge between technological innovation and user needs, constantly refining and evolving our products based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

A bit about the work:

  • Execute on the product vision/ideation, collaborate on strategy, and implementation of ambiguous and open ended product experiences that utilize the cutting-edge capabilities of our current and future models.

  • Collaborate with users, engineering, design, community, and marketing to bring cutting-edge AI applications into the best product experience

  • Partner with data science to test and measure quality of the product experience to make informed decisions about the success and evolution of our products to delight users

  • Drive cross-functional product deployment, release coordination, and product improvement

A bit about you:

  • 5+ years of deep consumer product management experience working on open ended product spaces

  • Strong track record building and launching successful, high growth products from 0 -> 1 at scale

  • Ability to deliver on product execution focusing on both the short term and long term

  • Technical degree and/or prior software engineering experience

  • Experience building products with voice interfaces, video or image generation is required

  • Experience with consumer social would be ideal
