Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Campaign Operations to drive the vision, structure, and performance of its Campaign Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with goals and audience strategy
• Oversee marketing automation workflows and ensure proper segmentation, lead flow, and targeting logic
• Track campaign performance and support documentation and campaign playbooks for operational scale

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in campaign operations, marketing automation, or marketing ops roles
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and campaign attribution
• Experience with email compliance standards and best practices in segmentation
• Comfort with data analytics and ability to analyze campaign performance
