Hospice RN

• The Hospice RN assists in the planning, implementation, documentation and coordination of patient care services to Hospice patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License/Permit
• Two (2) years experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice.
• At least one (1) year of community hospice or home health experience is preferred.
• Hospice experience is preferred.
• New York State Driver's License, preferred.

Shift/Status:

• Open Availability in Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, Queens, Brooklyn, and Nassau County.
• Full-time, Part-time and per-diem opportunities available.

Hospice Admission RN

• The Admission RN is responsible for responding to and visiting patients who have been referred for admission to Calvary @ Home. The Admissions Nurse informs the patients, caregivers and family members of hospice services available with the organization and asses the patient for admission to services.

Requirements:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License/Permit
• Two (2) years experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surigcal, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice.

• Hospice experience is preferred.
• New York State Driver's License, preferred.

Inpatient Staff RN

• The Staff Nurse is responsible in utilizing the Nursing Process. The Staff Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care; and coordinates patient care provided by other disciplines which meet the physiological, safety, spiritual and psychosocial needs of the patients and their families, according to the New York State Nurse Practice Act, established Calvary Hospital Nursing policies, procedures and standards of care, Geriatric Standards of Care, and Regulatory Standards. Participates in the ongoing systematic Quality Assessment and Improvement process.

Requirements:

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License/Permit
• Current BLS from AHA (American Heart Association)
• Bachelor's in Nursing, required

Shift/Status:

• All Shifts available (7 AM - 7:15 PM // 7 PM - 7:15 AM)
• Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem opportunities available.

Salary: $107,178 - $133,678

Calvary Care Technician (CNA/HHA/PCT)

• The Calvary Care Technician assists the professional nursing staff by performing paraprofessional and technical nursing functions, which meet the physiological, safety, spiritual and psychosocial needs of the patients and their families; and meets the environmental needs of the unit.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma/GED Equivalency is required.
• Completion of a Nursing Assistant, HHA, Patient Care Associate, Patient Care Technician, or Medical Assistant Program certified by the NYS Department of Health, is required.

Shifts/Status:

• All Shifts available (7 AM - 3:15 PM // 3 PM - 11:15 PM // 11 PM - 7:15 AM)
• Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem opportunities available.
