Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and process loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Draft and finalize closing documents, ensuring compliance and seamless reconciliation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in loan files prior to closing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage Closing and/or Processing
• Knowledge of major products and services in the mortgage industry
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines efficiently and meet deadlines
