Pharmacy Integration Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PBM Integration Lead to support the implementation of a large national health plan client.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of a client-facing workstream, leading all efforts across its component tracks
• Engage directly with external client stakeholders to facilitate meetings, escalate issues, and manage delivery expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, business integration, or client implementation
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale healthcare or PBM client implementations
• Strong client-facing experience, including executive-level communication and issue resolution
• Experience juggling multiple high-complexity workstreams with sub-track coordination
• Comfortable working in fluid, fast-moving environments without strict procedural constraints
