A company is looking for a Business Development Representative for Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly quotas by assessing prospects and booking meetings
• Generate qualified business opportunities through cold calling and engaging with prospects
• Document and track all leads and activities in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience preferred
• 1 year of experience in SaaS or technology highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT)
• Fluent in business-level Japanese and strong business-level English communication skills
• Deep understanding of Japanese culture and communication styles
