Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage hospital executives and workforce leaders through targeted outreach
• Qualify and nurture prospects, booking meetings for senior business development leads
• Manage pipeline data within HubSpot CRM and support business development campaigns and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or communications, preferably in healthcare or education
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Strong research and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
