A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand the network of hotel partnerships and manage a pipeline of hotel leads
• Collaborate with regional leadership on supply initiatives and performance goals
• Analyze market potential and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in new client acquisition, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
