Business Analyst with Payor Expertise

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with Payor Clinical Workflow expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and technical resources to gather and analyze business requirements for HELIOS workflows
• Assess and optimize current business processes, focusing on workflow automation and standardization
• Design and document workflow solutions, including process maps and functional requirements, and support testing and training efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS implementations
• Strong experience with Payor Clinical workflow design and process mapping
• Proven ability to gather requirements and write clear user stories and functional specifications
• Experience with workflow diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
