Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brazil Project Manager to support HCM-related initiatives in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and execution of regional HCM project activities, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders aligned
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation across internal and client teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HCM or payroll-related projects in Brazil or the broader LATAM region
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
