WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Braze SDK Engineering Team builds customer engagement SDKs for the world's best known apps and sites. We provide rich APIs for integrating with our system as well as highly functional and flexible user interfaces. Our mission is to relentlessly optimize for performance, ease of integration, clean API design, and reliability.
Recent past projects include bringing Live Activities to the Braze platform and Swift 6 concurrency checking support.
WHO YOU ARE
- 8+ years of iOS experience
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong coding experience in Swift and/or Objective-C
- Should have worked with most of the following: multithreaded coding, memory/performance debugging, UI development, continuous integration, build systems, code libraries/apis, mobile dependency managers (ie Swift Package Manager, CocoaPods)
- Excellent communication skills
Bonus:
- Experience with Functional Reactive Programming frameworks (Combine, RxSwift, etc.)
- Experience coding in Kotlin, HTML/JS, Ruby
- Experience in multiple mobile platforms
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $197,200 and $331,500/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $232,000 and $390,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
