Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering focused on their Foundation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall direction of the Foundations group in partnership with Design and Product Management
• Provide feedback on architectural direction
• Help engineering managers develop their careers and contribute to planning exercises

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a manager of managers
• Deep experience with data, distributed systems, or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Ability to engage in technical conversations related to the product
• Willingness to use the company's product
• Experience in a fast-growing start-up is a plus
