Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate about building successful brands and formulating strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans, including advertising, packaging, new product development, pricing, promotion, and market research
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate long-term strategy into effective marketing plans
• Manage brand marketing budget and oversee the assigned brand portfolio with a focus on P&L management

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in CPG brand management with a strong understanding of US retail customers
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in consumer-centric organizations and knowledge of brand building trends
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments and key business partners
• Strong project management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
