We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and creative Account Supervisor, Fashion to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic communications professional with agency experience, a strong understanding of media relations, and a passion for both fashion and beauty. You will lead and support key consumer accounts, helping to develop and execute innovative PR strategies that deliver meaningful results for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead day-to-day management of 5- 6 fashion, beauty-adjacent and consumer accounts, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery of results. 
  • Serve as a primary client contact on multiple accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with client goals and expectations. 
  • Oversee the development and approval of press materials including agendas, press releases, pitch notes, event recaps, reports, and internal documentation. 
  • Drive consistent, high-impact media coverage by crafting and executing press strategies tied to product launches, brand milestones, seasonal campaigns, and activations. 
  • Identify and pursue story angles and opportunities that position client brands within fashion, beauty, and lifestyle media landscapes. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on integrated programs including influencer partnerships, events, and digital campaigns. 
  • Guide junior team members in account management and media strategy, offering mentorship and quality control on deliverables. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key editors, writers, and industry influencers across fashion, beauty, and consumer lifestyle media. 
  • Contribute to new business initiatives by supporting proposal development, research, and pitch presentations. 
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and strategic planning across client accounts. 

Basic Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in public relations, with a strong emphasis on consumer brands, ideally within the fashion and/or consumer sectors; experience in corporate consumer brands is preferred 
  • Proven track record managing PR campaigns from strategy to execution within an agency setting. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and handle multiple accounts effectively. 
  • Strong media relationships and knowledge of the consumer, fashion, and beauty editorial landscape. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000.00- $100,000.00. Actual compensation is based on a range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. Whether a prospective employee will be paid within the compensation range listed above will depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations, and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.

This role will be hybrid, 3 days minimum in office.
