Project Manager - Heavy Civil Highway & Bridge

Job Title: Project Manager

Work on TxDOT projects, including highways, bridges, and roads. As part of our team, you have' the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a prove of project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Collaborate with clients ty and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

• 2+ years of project management experience on TxDOT projects (highways, bridges, roads).

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, InEight, and Primavera P6 software.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
