Besides that, the location serves as the Bosch south-east European sales center for vehicle parts, vehicle-diagnostic equipment, power tools, thermo technology systems and security technologies. Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.
As Global Touchpoint Owner Social Media and SEM you will be part of the global marketing team at the business unit Measuring Tools, taking care of defining and implementing the global touchpoint strategy for social media and SEM. Your responsibilities will include the following:
► Responsible to develop the brand and touchpoint strategy on social media channels and through search marketing activities ensuring ROI optimization
► Develop and guide global content creation strategy which is in line with the overarching marketing concepts and business unit objectives, ensuring that all materials effectively resonate with target audiences, driving the desired outcomes
► Lead the development of Measuring Tools’ social media strategy and tactics, including influencer and cooperation partner programs (officeOn) that delights and engages our local audiences
► Steer and plan social touchpoints including content and creative optimization based on KPIs
► Responsible for all SEO and SEA marketing activities including search engine optimization strategies, execution of SEO / SEA roadmap that drives growth through user intent marketing – for both seasonal and always on campaigns
► Based on the global search strategy, plan paid search activities including budget and targets in alignment with regional counterparts and agencies to ensure business goals are met
► Produce reports, analyze trends and make data driven recommendations to identify new campaign opportunities for SEO as well as SEA
► Align with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of touchpoint strategy across business units and regions
Which requirements are important to us?
Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus). Certifications in Meta and/or Google platforms is an advantage.
Experience: In order to be successful in this job, you would need to have the majority of professional experiences listed below:
► You are passionate digital marketing expert with more than 5 years of experience in digital touchpoints, ideally social media and search engine advertising
► Up-to-date knowledge about the latest social media trends and landscape
► Experience in search engine advertising, understanding of SEA platforms and campaign structures
► Proficient in handling IT and digital marketing systems and efficient usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
► Strong level of affinity for online marketing, AI tools and technology trends in marketing
► Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage

Working practice: Social Media management experience including deep knowledge of social networks, strategy planning, budgeting, advertising and influencer collaborations. Profound understanding of SEO architecture, link graphs, taxonomies, content optimization and promotion.
- Languages: You are fluent in English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
