The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2005. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2700 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.

► Support daily operation of the department

► Creating and tracking purchase orders

► Organization of meetings and workshops, preparation of agendas

► Preparation of visits, participation and support follow-ups

► Sorting postal letters and distributing related documents according to roles and priorities

► Organization and accounting of business trips according to actual guidelines

► Operating of internal communication channels

► Preparation of documents (Hungarian, English) based on general templates

► Making reports, collection and preparation of data based on instructions

► Native Hungarian and communication level English language knowledge

► Good communication skills

► Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

► MS Office user level knowledge and presentation skills

► SAP user level experience is an advantage
