Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Bodily Injury Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support adjusters in handling bodily injury claims, including serious injuries and litigated files
• Ensure timely investigations and implement strategies for expedited claim resolution
• Provide training and mentorship to adjusters while preparing reports for senior management on claim statuses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bodily injury claims management
• Proven experience in managing bodily injury claims
• Must be licensed and bondable
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
