C&I Data Services Administrator

Join the Data Services Team and be part of a dynamic team. As a C&I Data Services Administrator, you will help with the reconciliation and validation of data services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with both your team and external stakeholders and customers to identify and fix any problems quickly and effectively.
• Help deliver data services for our customers, ensuring we meet contractual expectations and commitments.
• Collect any missing data quickly to make sure our customers receive complete information.
• Provide phone support to field technicians by handling daily tasks like setting up meters, checking loads, adjusting configurations, and addressing faults.
• When needed, assist customers with tasks like delivering data files, estimating data, comparing energy use, and solving any data discrepancies.
• Manage site updates to keep customer and equipment records accurate and up to date.
• Create and update reports to track data quality, service delivery performance, and field support metrics.

Who we are looking for

You bring a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset with strong customer service experience to internal and external stakeholders. You will have the ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly and have experience with Excel. Additionally, you bring excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability identify issues and drive changes.

This role would suit someone with a passion for working with data and solving problems, and could be a great foundation for building a career in data-driven fields
