Key Responsibilities

• Execute and lead programming for observational research studies using various data types
• Establish project priorities and allocate resources in alignment with business needs
• Manage staff development and performance while communicating technical information to diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field is preferred
• 8+ years of relevant statistical programming experience
• Experience managing programming teams and working in a globally dispersed environment
• In-depth knowledge of real-world data and large claims dataset programming experience
