Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Translate product goals into structured research plans and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in user experience, applied research, or product development, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with relevant experience
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience translating research findings into strategic insights
• Background in human behavior disciplines such as HCI, Psychology, or Sociology
• Experience in consumer tech or product development is preferred
