About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented BAP with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding. You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.

• 🎨 Creative Content & Branding – Design recruitment marketing materials, social media content, and presentations to attract top talent.
• 💡 Recruitment Support – Enhance job descriptions, candidate communication, and employer branding efforts. 
• 📊 Market Research & Strategy – Analyze trends in talent attraction, social media engagement, and employer positioning.

• ✅ Skilled in design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing).
• ✅ Passionate about employer branding, recruitment marketing, and storytelling.
• ✅Candidates should be authorised to work in the specific country.
