Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP BIM Modeler to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with projects requiring BIM modeling and model all scopes of work per BID documents
• Ensure the model database is complete and upload updated models to Procore and client platforms
• Conduct clash detection, review constructability, and coordinate scopes of work with other trades

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with strong 3D piping knowledge
• Experience in process piping and exhaust duct detailing
• Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and 3D Modeling software
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Plant 3D software
• Experience with Navisworks
