Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Billing & Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, audit, and issue invoices while resolving discrepancies and updating customer information
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain client relationships for prompt resolution of unpaid balances
• Oversee cash application processes and coordinate customer refunds and payment issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant work or internship experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, and Google Drive; familiarity with NetSuite and invoicing platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
