Billing and Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst who will manage invoicing and accounts receivable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute invoicing, including prebilling and rebills
• Investigate escalated billing inquiries and maintain the integrity of the AR ledger
• Provide support for account reconciliations and assist with training and onboarding new employees

Required Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of Salesforce CRM & CPQ preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
• Basic to advanced math skills
• College experience preferred in accounting, business administration, or finance
• Hands-on work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
