Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst I to assist the Finance Team with month-end close processes and billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the month-end close process and create/maintain rate tables for clients
• Submit invoices and accruals to clients via various eBilling systems
• Generate ad hoc financial reports and provide administrative support to the Billing Team

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of D365 and Quickbase is a plus
• Familiarity with eBilling systems such as Tracker and Tymetrix is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and reliability
