Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices based on contracts and usage data
• Review and validate billing data, collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain customer and contract records in the billing system to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue accounting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Stripe and Salesforce is preferred; Netsuite experience is valuable
• Direct experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business model
