Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager (English/Korean) in the Personal Electronics Warranty & Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for warranty and insurance needs
• Guide clients through onboarding and educate them on products and claims processes
• Oversee policy management, issue resolution, and identify sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Korean, with the ability to translate documents
• 2+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in insurance or consumer electronics
• Proficiency in standard office software and CRM platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
