► Partner with leadership to align business goals with effective HR strategies and processes.
► Lead and support key HR projects that foster growth and development within the organization.
► Provide guidance on labor law and legal matters, ensuring company policies are fully compliant.
► Support disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and organizational development initiatives.
► Play a pivotal role in recruitment, employee retention strategies, and performance management.
► Promote career development and a coaching culture through HR tools and continuous feedback.
► Assist with international employee relocations and hiring foreign nationals.
► Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives and strengthen employer branding.
► Engage in organizational change management, including restructuring and transformation efforts.
► Implement HR analytics and metrics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
► Work closely with the HR service center to ensure smooth personnel administration, salary management, and employee benefits
► Relevant working experience: At least 3 years of business partnering experience with focus on people development topics
► Education: Bachelor or Masters degree in social studies
► Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all levels of the organization, and present ideas effectively.
► Strong Negotiation Skills: Skilled at navigating discussions and reaching mutually beneficial solutions.
► Exceptional Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
► Problem-Solving Mindset: Capable of identifying issues and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
► Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
► Knowledge of Labor Law: Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
► Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
► Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and experienced in using SAP for HR processes.
